What do you get when you combine the power of Skype, convenient and secure payments from PayPal, with a slick Web 2.0 web portal? BitWine!

BitWine is in Public Beta at this time but it’s poised to make a major impact.

Here’s how it works.

First, you need to have both a Skype and a PayPal account. Then you create an account on BitWine and work through the setup procedures. There are quite a few steps but it is well documented.

Once everything is in place you put a widget on your site. Your clients can then click a button that either puts them in contact with you via Skype or lets them request an appointment. You set an established per minute rate and after you start the clock they are directly billed via PayPal. What could be simpler?
