Remain calm in a crisis…even if you are freaking out inside.

On countless occasions I have prevented a crisis from getting worse and stopped a non-crisis from becoming a crisis. This works in all sorts of social settings and contexts. I find this especially helpful with my family and in my professional life as a manager of people and technology.
