Amazon.co.uk or the customer service from hell! [[Productivity Workflows]]

I have for years been a good customer for www.amazon.co.uk but I fear they are loosing my custom.
I ordered on 15 July an item which was listed as being in stock. Not only did it take Amazon no less than 5 days before shipping it, but 10 days after the item was dispatched it still [...]
