New: Attach Files to your Nozbe Projects - keep gtd stuff together! [Getting Things Done Blog - Nozbe]
Nozbe is helping you get things done, by arranging your stuff into projects.
Nozbe is so flexible that many of our users approach projects differently, some treat them as buckets (like Inbox project) which is gathering information for further processing later… some believe projects are just containers of relevant information (to-dos, notes..etc.) … and David Allen’s followers of GTD (Getting Things Done) treat projects as more complex actions…. actions which require more than one step to accomplish.
Whatever is your case, one thing is common in all the scenarios - projects gather stuff together… so you have to be able to gather your to-dos, notes… and files together and this is why you can now
attach files to projects
for further reference…. or just to keep stuff organized and in one place.
When you log in to your Nozbe account and click to any of your projects, you will see the new section right after "notes":

To attach a file to a project, just click on the "new file" button and you will be ready to go:

Now, just click on the "Browse" button and choose a file from your local computer.
You may choose a context of the file (in Nozbe to-dos, notes and files - all have contexts) which is optional and just hit the "Upload new file" button and that’s it!
Note: Attaching files to a project is especially important if you are sharing your project in Nozbe with your friends, colleagues or family… as this will enable all of the team members to access the files you need!
After you’ve uploaded the file, it will appear on your files list like this:

Please notice, that if you’ve uploaded an Image file (JPG, PNG or GIF), Nozbe will automatically make a thumbnail of it and place it there for you (just as you can see it on the screenshot with a top-model Cindy Crawford).
Additionally the most typical files have their own icons so you can see them find them easier:
images,
compressed files,
executables,
documents,
spreadsheets,
presentations,
audio and
video
Free Nozbe accounts can store up to 1 MB of files while Basic, PRO and Super subscribers can attach up to 1 GIG of files in their account!
(and until the beta phase is over, you can enjoy the paying accounts for FREE, so go ahead and try it out!)
I wish you a very productive week and lots of fun with attaching files to your Nozbe projects!
